Terms of Payment
All products shipped from Linzel Distributing Inc. will be C.O.D. unless prior credit approval is obtained. C.O.D. shipments can be VISA, MasterCard, or certified cheque prior to shipping. Qualified business customers have net 30 days from time of order.
Prices and Taxes
All pricing is suggested retail in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Linzel Distributing Inc. is not responsible for printing or typing errors. Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding national Holidays. Most orders will be shipped no later than 1 business day after receiving the email order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation is sent. All shipments will be declared at full purchase value. If the shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for cost of returning goods. Typically orders will arrive within 2-7 business days.
Linzel Distributing offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders consisting of eligible items placed through www.linzel.ca.
Courier (Ground) Shipments:
Qualified business customers in Ontario & Quebec receive free shipping on courier items on all orders over $500. Qualified business customers in provinces outside of Ontario & Quebec received free shipping on courier items on all orders over $2000.
Free shipping rules DO NOT APPLY when an LTL (Freight) item is added to a courier shipment. Eg: Adding Low Voltage Cable (LTL item) to a courier shipment. Please use LTL (Freight) Ground Shipments at checkout.
LTL (Freight) Ground 🚚. Shipments :
Items can be shipped by courier (FedEx or UPS) but free shipping is applied on orders greater than $2000. (Items included in this category, but not limited to: LV Cable, Tubing, Heavy Pond Treatments, Fountains, Lava Rock, etc.
LTL (Freight) 🚛 Shipments:
Qualified business customers in Ontario & Quebec receive free shipping on LTL items on all orders over $2000.
Free shipping applys to LTL shipments on Business to Business, Dock to Dock shipments. Residential and Tailgate Fee(s) are additional. Qualified business customers in provinces outside of Ontario & Quebec do not qualify for free shipping on LTL items. A standard flat rate fee(s) applies
Special order items and items requiring special handling, such as dangerous goods, bulk products and oversized items (Liner, Geotextiles) do not qualify for free shipping. Linzel Distributing Inc. reserves the right to determine the best carrier for each order.
Freight / Shipping Claims
Linzel Distributing Inc. does not assume responsibility for freight damage. All freight damage and shipping discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt, collect shipments to be claimed with carrier. Waybill must be marked damaged to validate claim.
Linzel Distributing Inc. must be notified of any short shipments within 48 hours of receipt of goods with copy of carrier waybill and customer count.
Linzel Distributing Inc. is only able to ship to Canadian addresses and P.O. Boxes.
Linzel Distributing Inc. is not responsible for shipping damage. All merchandise goes through strict quality control before shipping. Please inspect your order right away and any damage or discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of these damages.
Returned goods must be authorized by Linzel Distributing Inc. A copy of original invoice must accompany all returns. All returns must be shipped prepaid freight and are subject to a minumum restock fee of 10% and possible restocking fee of up to 25%. Product damage in freight return will not be accepted. Credit will be issued to your account for future purchases. No returns after 30 days. No returns on electrical devices. Special order items are not returnable.
All defective items within the manufacturer's warranty period must be authorized and returned to Linzel Distributing Inc. with an RA#. The customer is responsible for return of item(s) and all freight costs. Item(s) will either be replaced or repaired at Linzel Distributing's discretion. Items sent back must be accompanied with customer proof of purchase and retail customer receipt. Shipment of replaced of repaired item will be the responsibility of customer. Replacement or repaired items may be added to a prepaid shipping order.
